Réseau ACCESS Network – HIV/Hepatitis Health and Social Services is a non-profit, community-based charitable organization, committed to promoting wellness, harm and risk reduction and education.  Réseau ACCESS Network supports individuals – and serves the whole community – in a comprehensive / holistic approach to HIV/AIDS, Hep C and related health issues.

Manager Direct Client Services – Bilingual (1.0 FTE)

Employment Opportunity – The position is responsible for the following:

  1. Supervise, coordinate, and lead by example, employees within the Direct Client Services Department.
  2. Provide case management for/with persons living with or affected by HIV/HCV.
  3. Coordinate and provide practical assistance, i.e. food bank, client accompaniment to medical appointments.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual and a Registered Social Worker, or Social Service Worker, with a valid certificate of registration from the Ontario College of Social Worker/Social Service Worker.  The candidate will have experience working with individuals living with mental health and addiction issues.
